# Text To Sound
A patch to convert text into sound.

Each letter of a word - up to 13 letters - is converted into sound information.

The text source can either be typed in or read from a plain text (.txt) file

## Dependencies
- Pure Data Extended
- m_symbolarray.pd. This can be downloaded from rjdj library https://github.com/rjdj/rjlib/blob/master/rj/m_symbolarray.pd

## Usage
- Open text-to-sound.pd
- Click on the Create/Destroy message to create a GEM window
- Open a plain text file
