At the entrance of a building there is an elegant cactus garden. It has been strategically positioned to be seen by all the neighbours, visitors as well as to avoid undesired presence. Covered spaces such as building entrances, bridges, playgrounds, metro stations, etc, offer shelter to those sleeping or hanging around in the streets. The techniques used to control such behavior are very diverse and often less elegand than this garden.
