Skeleton to design a webpage (for screen or print) synchronously on an etherpad.

# How to use it

- Create an etherpad somewhere (e.g. <https://framapad.org>)
- Edit the file ether2html.html by replacing the URL of line 18 by the URL of your pad
- Edit your pad with content (Markdown or not) and CSS styles
